1 1/4 cups butter flavored Crisco
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
4 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs. Add peanut butter. Beat until well blended
Combine oats and baking soda. Stir into shortening mixture with a spoon. Stir in chips and nuts until well blended.
Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 350º for 10-11 minutes until lightly brown. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet then completely cool on tin foil
