1 devils food cake mix
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 pkg Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil. Drop spoon full on cookie sheet (about 2 sheets full)
3. Bake for 6-7 minutes
4. Take out of oven and place unwrapped mint on top of cookie. Leaving on the counter, wait a minute and then take the back of a spoon and spread the melt mint over the cookie. Cool until mint is hard
