Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3-3/4 pound large deveined shrimp (with or without shells)
1/2-2/3 pound smoked sausage, but into bite sized pieces
2-3 ears sweet corn, cut into thirds
8-10 Yukon Gold miniature potatoes
1 lemon, cut into wedges
2 tsp. old Bay Seasoning
3 T. melted butter
Additional melted butter
Hot Sauce or Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Line sheet pan with foil. Place potatoes in bag, add some melted butter and 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning. Dump onto foil lined pan, Cook at 400º for 15 minutes for petite potatoes, longer if larger. Add corn that has been placed in a bag and tossed in butter and 1/2 tsp. Old Bay. Dump onto pan with potatoes and return to oven for 7-8 minutes. Add sausage that has been tossed in butter to pan. Coat shrimp with melted butter and 1/2-1 tsp. Old Bay and add to pan. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over all and add to pan. Cook additional 8-12 minutes--just until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Check potatoes for doneness. Remove from oven and season to taste. I use Creole Seasoning, but you may want to offer hot sauce or shrimp cocktail sauce, also. Great recipe with easy cleanup!
