4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 lb butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl stir flour, baking powder, baking soda ad salt. In a large bowl beat sugar with melted butter. Add eggs and vanilla. With a wooden spoon stir in flour mixture. Add rolled oats, corn flakes, chocolate chips and coconut. Stir. Drop by 1/3 cup scoops for survivor size cookies onto a cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown (not too golden or they won't be chewy) approximately 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Freeze remaining dough in rolls of waxed paper and whenever you want pull out and cut into circles and have fresh baked cookies.

I play with this recipe. For sure you can cut the sugar and use whole wheat flour if you wish.
