7 T. butter, at room temp.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tahini
1 cup flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Place tahini in food processor to reintegrate oil and paste if it has separated.Then beat tahini into butter sugar mixture until fully incorporated.
Reduce to low on mixer, and add flour and baking powder. Mix until combined. Refrigerate dough 15 minutes to make shaping easier. (The dough can be chilled overnight)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment.If using sesame seeds, place them in a small bowl.Roll teaspoon piece of dough in seeds to cover.Put on baking sheet, cook 10 minutes, or until golden. Mama Mia!
