1 cup melted butter
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 buttermilk
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 mins.
Cool several minutes on cookie sheet before removing to a wire rack.

These make a fun breakfast! I like them best when I mix the dough up the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator. Plus breakfast is ready much faster the next morning.
