2 cups quick oats (ground in food processor)
2 cups sugar
1 heaping Tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl then add the remaining ingredients Stir thoroughly to mix. Drop 1/2 teaspoon full on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper bake 12-15 minutes on 325°
Time my vary in some ovens
