7 ounces Almond Paste
1 cup sugar
4 eggs room temp.
3 sticks of butter soft
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour

1 jar of seedless raspberry jam
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
4 ounces whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
cream butter than add slowly sugar. add small pieces of room temp. almond paste. mix until fluffy. add extract and flour. Divide into 3 and color each one. Red, Green, leave last alone. Line a jelly roll pan with wax or parchment paper and butter. spread thin!!!!! in pan. bake each layer 350 for 10 minutes! WATCH! turn out carefully on a thin towel and spread some jam thin. do second the third. put a towel on top with a second pan to weigh down over night of hours. Melt chocolate and cream then pour over top and refrigerate to chill then slice into small pieces and freeze.
