1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
6 tsps baking powder
2 tsp vanilla or pure anise
5 cups flour

Note from Nani: "I always use 5 even cups of flour and I mixed 3 batches at a time it is much easier. 15 cups of flour, 18 eggs and 18 teasponns of baking powder."

1) Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs together. Add vanilla/anise. Add flour.
2) Grease pan and preheat the oven to 350º
3) Bake 5-8 minutes
