3 c. Flour
1½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp salt
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 egg
3 T. cream
1 tsp. vanillia

FROSTING
2 T. Butter
2 c. powdered sugar(?)
Cream (as needed)
½ tsp vanillia

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Cut in butter. Mix egg, cream and vanilla in a separate bowl, then add to mixing bowl and mix till combined. (Chill?) Roll out and cut, then bake 5-8 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.

For frosting, mix room temperature butter with powdered sugar before adding vanilla. Then introduce as much cream as you need to achieve frosting consistency.
