1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 rounded tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1 -1/2 cups of pumpkin
1-3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the first seven ingredients. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the pumpkin and warm milk. Mix and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 375 and bake 40 minutes longer or until the pie is set.
