1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup potato chips, coarsely crushed
3/4 cup pretzels, coarsely crushed
1 cup chocolate, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually add flour and mix well. Stir in potato chips and pretzels.

Shape teaspoons of dough into 3-inch logs. Place on uncreased cookie sheet about 1-1/2 inches apart.

350º 14 - 18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Cool completely on baking sheet.

Drizzle with melted chocolate.

The original recipe called for dunking one end in milk chocolate and the other end in white chocolate. That was way too much. I drizzled chocolate and that was better.

when I didn't let the cookies cool on the pan, several broke - the cookie is really delicate until it cools.

These are delicious and no one will believe that there are chips and pretzels in them.
