2 Sticks Butter
2 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
* 2 Cups Flour
½ t salt
2 Cups Pecans
½ lb. Cherries (candied)
2 Cups White Raisins
½ lb Candied Pineapples (colored)
½ Cup Coconut
1 t vanilla
2 t Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and salt. Beat. Add flavoring. If no rum, just use 1
more t of vanilla.
Cut fruits. Add nuts and coconut. Place in a large bowl or pan. Sift the flour on fruits a
little at a time. Fold with hands adding all flour until all fruits are well floured. Now mix
fruits in batter with large spoon. Bake 2 hrs. and 15 mins at 275º.
*Do not put flour in batter.
