2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup confectioner's sugar
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. melted butter
2⅓ cup flaked coconut
1 15-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 squares semisweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and ½ cup butter; press firmly into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Combine coconut and milk; mix well. Spread over baked layer; return to oven. Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes. Cool slightly.

Melt chocolate with remaining butter over low heat; stir to blend. Spread over coconut layer; cool. Cut into 2x1-inch bars. Refrigerate.

I've used chocolate cake frosting, chocolate chips, chocolate squares, and chocolate candies for the frosting. They all work well. Use chocolate that you like best.
