18 Lasagna Noodles
3 lbs. Ground Beef
3 Jars (26 oz each) Spaghetti Sauce
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
2 eggs
1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
6 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 T. Dried Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Cook noodles to package directions. In a Dutch Oven, cook beef, drain off grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, Ricotta cheese , 4 1/2 c. of the Mozzarella cheese, Parsley Flakes, salt and pepper.
Drain noodles, spread 1 c. of the meat sauce onto each 13x9 inch baking dish. layer each with 3 noodles, 1 c. Ricotta cheese mixture ans 1 1/2 c. meat sauce. Repeat each layer twice. Top with Parmesan cheese and remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake Lasagna at 375º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
You can freeze this Lasagna for up to 3 months.
Thaw in refrigerator overnite. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 375º for 60-70 minutes or until heated through. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
