1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/3 cups instant vanilla pudding (1 big & 1 small box)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 cups flour
3 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, margarine, and sugars. Mix in eggs. Add vanilla and pudding then the rest of dry ingredients. Will need to mix by hand. Hard to mix dry ingredients in mixer. Then stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Makes a lot of cookies!
