1 c, butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
¼ tsp lemon extract
3 eggs, slightly beaten
5 c. flour
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp nutmeg
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and lemon extract. Add eggs. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and nutmeg. Add flour mixture alternately with 1 cup of sour cream to egg mixture. Chill for a few hours. Roll to ¼ inch thick. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Frost or decorate as wanted.
