2 c flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 c melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 T Vanilla
1 cup pecan pieces
1/1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Beat together melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg,egg yolk and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture until just mixed. Stir in pecans craisins and white chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto a greased or lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet for at least 4-5 minutes (cookies need to set) before moving to cooling rack.
