Flour 3 ½ cups

Sugar 1 cup

Salt 1 pinch

Baking Powder 1 tsp. (this is a rough estimate - the more you use the fluffier it will be)

Milk 1 ½ to 2 cups approx.

Butter 1 stick used in each pan

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix in milk a little at a time till you reach the right consistency.

Spread out dough on a floured surface and roll till dough is about ¼ - ½ in. thick. Use a glass or a biscuit cutter to cut dough into a round or any shape you desire.

In a 9x13 pan melt a whole stick of butter.

Once melted put biscuits in pan, turning once to cover with butter.

Bake at 350º until slightly brown.

This is Patrick Murphy's grandma Ruby's recipe. Lynn makes it when she comes to visit.
The measurements are all approximate. She did all the measurements with her hands not using measuring cups.

The biscuits are meant to be crunchy and sweet.
