2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of olive oil plus more for final drizzle
1 tsp of dried oregano plus more for final sprinkle
Can of whole tomatoes-hand crushed/chopped or 4 chopped ripe tomatoes
Pizza Dough
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
The secret is in the sauce!

Pomodoro Sauce:

Saute 2 garlic cloves in 2 tbsp. of olive oil
Add tomatoes (can of whole tomatoes that have been hand crushed, or 4 chopped ripe tomatoes)
Add 1 tsp of dried oregano
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Lay out pizza dough
Generously coat with pomodoro sauce
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano
Bake at 450 degrees until bottom of crust is browned.
