2 c cooked rice
1 package frozen broccoli bits
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Prepare rice. Mix rice and broccoli. Combine soup, celery and onion. Combine all and then place in a greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Bake until bubbly.
