1˝ cup flour
˝ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
⅔ cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
˝ cup butter
milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brownies: Melt butter and chocolate squares. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar beating well.
Beat in the chocolate mixture and vanilla. Add flour and nuts mixing only enough to blend thoroughly.
Spread into a greased brownie pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Melt butter and chocolate squares. Add to powdered sugar beating well. Add milk a little bit at a time until correct consistency.
