1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup crisco (melted)

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar

1 egg beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp molasses

1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1-3/4 to 2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup crisco

Mix together in a large bowl:

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar

In a small bowl mix together:

1 egg beaten
1/ 4 cup milk
1 Tbsp molasses

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, add oats and raisins/cranberries
Add hot oil/butter mixture on top of other ingredients and stir well
Let sit for a few minutes then drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets greased with BUTTER
Bake 7-8 minutes until edges are golden brown
