¾ c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
¼ c. molasses
2¼ c. flour
2 t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
½ t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, chill dough, roll into balls, dip into sugar to coat. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
