Sirloin steak, cut in serving pieces
salt and pepper
3/4 cup slice onions
3/4 cup carrots (cut in 1/2 inch slices)
2 small cans cream of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place serving pieces of steak in heavy roaster. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice onions and carrots over meat. Cover with tomato soup and bake covered at 325 degrees for at least 3 hours. May layer meat and vegetables.
