4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups oleo or butter
2 tsp. salt
5 Tbs. sugar
4 cakes of yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to melt oleo or shortening. Cool.
Dissolve yeast in water. Add to cooled milk mixture.
Add 6 cups flour. Beat until foamy.
Let rise until doubled. Add 5 cups flour while kneading.
Let rise until double in bowl.
Divide and put in pans.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 375 º
Makes 3 medium loaves and nine rolls.
