1 package lemon cake mix
1 large container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
3/4 cup powered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in large bowl with spoon. Batter will be sticky.
Leave mixture sit covered on counter 30 minutes
Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar; roll to coat.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes.
Let cool on sheet 5 minutes before removing
Store in sealed container. Put wax paper between layers

Substitute: chocolate cake mix for lemon
or spice cake mix (use sugar and cinnamon instead of powdered sugar)
