1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Sea salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet with silpat mat or parchment paper. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Slowly add the dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Place spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool on wire rack.
