1 c. Butter, softened (Real Butter not Margarine)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually add flour, mix well, add nuts, mix.

Shape dough into small balls. Bake 14 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Roll cookies, one at a time, in remaining sugar. Place on wire rack and cool. Wait until cookies are cool to roll in powdered sugar.
