1 c flour½
1 tsp baking soda
1 c butter
¾ c brown sugar
½ c sugar
1 egg
1 tbs Amaretto
2 ½ c oats
1 cup apricots
½ c raisins

Icing
2 c powdered sugar and Amaretto to desired consistency
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar, egg, and Amaretto.
2. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well.
3. Stir in oats, raisins, and apricots.
4. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
6. Prepare icing and ice cooled cookies.
