3 squares of butter
*2 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream + 4 tbsp milk
10 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon
1 tsp cardamon pounded fine
4 tsp baking powder
7-9 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Whip 10 egg yolks until color of a lemon
*Add 20 big tbsp sugar. Whip real well
Add 20 tbsp melted butter
Add 20 tbsp whipping cream
Add 2 tbsp vanilla
Add 11 tbsp lemon
Add 1 tsp cardamon (pounded fine)
Fold in 7 egg whites beaten stiff
Add 4 tsp baking powder (barely rounded) to: 7-8 cups of flour, then add to batter.
