1 cup butter or margarine 2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 and 1/3 cups granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs 3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
18-24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and sugar. Blend in vanilla. Beat in eggs. Mix in flour, soda, and salt.
Stir in chips and walnuts by hand. Place heaping tablespoons of dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325-350º for 12 minutes. Remove to rack and cool.
