1 dozen eggs
1 lb butter
2 lb brown sugar
4 C. sugar
⅓ C. vanilla
3 lb. creamy peanut butter
8 tsp. baking powder
18 C. quick cooking oats
1 lb. chocolate chips
1 lb. plain M&Ms
1 lb. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream together eggs, butter, sugars and vanilla, add peanut butter and baking soda, mix in oats, a couple cups at a time alternating with M & Ms and nuts.(I usually have to dump into larger pan and mix in by hand) Bake on greased cookie sheet 12-15 minutes or longer for larger monster cookies.
You can make smaller and even freeze dough balls and place a dozen or more in freezer bags for later baking.
