Sauce:
2 Cans 29 oz Hunts Sauce
1 or 2 small cans of Contadina tomato paste
Brown garlic and diced onion in Olive oil and add to Sauce along with Italian herb seasonings.

Meatballs:
3lbs of ground chuck
Grate up 2 LOAVES of fresh bread! (squeeze the bread into balls then grate)
sprinkle breadcrumbs with pepper oregano, parsley, garlic powder, parmesean cheese. Add about 6 eggs or so. Mix together and make a well....add 2 cans of V8 or tomato juice. Put meatballs in sauce in oven and bake in oven in sauce.

Put sauce in Roaster with meatballs in an oven at 350º for about 3 hours.

I like to substitute 1 pound of ground, sweet italian sausage when making the meatballs.
