8oz - Unsalted Butter
3/4C - Light Brown Sugar
3/4C - Nutella
2 - Eggs
1/2 tsp - Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp - Salt
2 tsp - Baking Soda
2-1/2C - AP Flour

Chocolate Glaze

4.5oz - Unsalted Butter
8oz - Dark Chocolate
3 TBSP - Light Corn Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
2) Add nutellaand continue to mix
3) Add eggs and extract, mixing til combined
4) Mix in dries
5) Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate a few hours - over night
6) Scoop dough using a 1oz cookie scoop
7) Bake at 325 for 15-16 minutes rotating once halfway through

Chocolate Glaze

1) Melt butter and chocolate together.
2) Stir in light corn syrup
3) Dip cooled cookies halfway in warm glaze, gentlyshaking off excess
4) Place cookies on parchment paper to set & Sprinkle with sea salt.
