1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º
Cream together peanut butter, butter and sugars until light and fluffy
Beat in egg and vanilla
In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda
Gradually add flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture
Add peanuts
Make into 1" balls and roll in sugar.
Place on a cookie sheet and score with a fork.
Bake 7 mins until lightly brown around the edges.
