1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. Ginger
¼ cup oil
¼ cup pineapple juice (I use OJ)
2 to 3 garlic cloves
5 lbs. Chicken wings (I use frozen)

1 Mix Ginger with sugar
2 Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Prick chicken wings and place in marinade for at least 24 hrs.
4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325º 45 to 2 hrs. Turning and basting frequently.
5. May be frozen in marinade and baked later.
