3/4 cup (3/4 stick) crisco shortening
1 1/4 c firmly packed light brown sugar
2 TBSP milk
1 TBSP vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c AP flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture. Blend dry ingredients together then add to creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 375º for 11-13 min
