Cookie:

1 lb margarine
15 oz Ricotta cheese
2 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Frosting:

1 8 oz cream cheese
4 c sifted powdered sugar
¼ c margarine
2 tsp vanilla.
Directions:

Cookies:

Cream together margarine, sugar, cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in flour, soda, and salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.

Frosting:

Mix together and ice cookies.
