1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or other kind)
2 cups all purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour. Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet and press flat with bottom of tumbler dipped in sugar. Bake in moderate oven for 16-18 mminutes or until lightly browned.
