1 cup corn oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups chopped, peeled apples
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Cream cheese frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup oleo or butter
1/2 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and sugar. Beat well. Add eggs. Sift flour, soda, salt together and blend into oil mixture, alternating with apples. Beat thoroughly. Add coconuts and nuts. Put into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and frost.
