Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 C butter 1/2 C powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/4 C cake flour 1/4 tsp salt powdered sugar

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 400º F Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla, stir in flour and salt. Drop by rounded teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes. Do not allow to brown. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
