1 pound rotini pasta
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 cups chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1½ pounds ground beef
1½ pounds sweet Italian sausage
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
½ cup black olives, sliced
½ pound grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; don't overcook. Drain.

Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Brown meats and vegetables together; season with salt. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms with liquid, tomato soup and water, and olives. Add drained pasta.

Pour into large casserole or baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Uncover; stir in mozzerella cheese. Bake uncovered 10 more minutes.
