1 lb. ground beef
2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 - 8 oz. pkg pasta (elbow, bow tie, penne)
1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
½ c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef & drain. After draining add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook pasta & drain.

In bowl combine sour cream & cream cheese.

In greased casserole dish layer beef, pasta, sour cream/cream cheese mixture - or just mix all together because it is quicker!

Top with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Grandma cut this recipe out of the Muskegon Chronicle and we have enjoyed it for years. I have added mushrooms and Julie has added black beans.
