1 ½ cup sour cream
2 tsp Beaumonde spice
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp dill seed
2 tbsp minced onion
2 3oz pkgs corned beef

Cut corned beef into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled with pumpernickle bread.
