1 ⅓ semisweet chocolate chips.
2 cups of all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 stick of unsalted butter
½ cup of light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 large egg while mixing

Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds. mix all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. put in mixer unsalted butter
light brown sugar granulated sugar mix.put in the vanilla extract large egg while mixing. Add all purpose flour mixture mix. semisweet chocolate chips. Spray cupcake pan. Take out the melted semisweet chocolate chips. Put chocolate chip cookie mixture on bottom of cupcake tin add melted chocolate on top of cookie dough. Refrigerate 3-4 minutes. Add another layer of cookie dough on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes

Tip- melt 2/3 of the chocolate chips after i'v made it before for my family and it was good cool and warm
