1/4 c mashed green tipped banana (approximately 1 small)
2 eggs
2 T coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted
1/2 t vanilla
1 T coconut flour
1 t ground cinnamon
1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
pinch sea salt
3 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together banana, eggs, coconut oil, butter and vanilla. Sprinkle coconut flour and cinnamon over the egg mixture and stir to combine. Mix in the shredded coconut and salt. Spoon cookies onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten with a fork.

Bake 350º for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
