½ cup butter
½ sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and orange peel until light. Add sifted dry ingredients to make smooth dough. Spread dough into waxed paper lined 9x12 dish. Bake 350º Cool.

Glaze
1 (3 ounce) jello
1 Cup boiling water
2 cups fruit
1 cup whipping cream

Dissolve fellow powder in boiling water. Chill until jello is like a thick syrup. Spread about 1/3 mixture over cool base. Arrange fruit over jelly. Spoon remaining jelly over top. Chill until it is set.
