1 1/2 c coconut palm sugar
1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 c coconut milk
3 1/2 c shredded coconut
1/4 t salt
2 T vanilla
1/2 c nut butter, optional
2/3 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut palm sugar, coconut oil and coconut milk in saucepan. Bring to boil then boil 2-3 minutes until it thickens a little. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add shredded coconut, sea salt and vanilla. Stir then add nut butter, if desired. Finally add chocolate chips. Portion onto parchment lined sheet to cool. Takes 3-4 hours to fully set up but is also delicious warm and gooey.

This can be made dairy free and gluten free. It tastes similar to no bake cookies.
