4 eggs beaten
1 cp sugar
3/4 cp Wesson oil

Beat eggs with mixer-add sugar and oil and mix together

Sift together:
3 cp flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cp walnuts
1tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups maraschino cherries cut up

Icing is confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix instead ingredients together and add dry ingredients and vanilla. Fold in cherries and nuts.
Grease cookie sheets and shape dough into 4 long thin rolls. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until lightly brown on bottom.
Frost lightly when warm and cut at a diagonal angle. Enjoy!
